🌷🌾MULGAMA PALLEWELA WALAWWA 🌷🌾

  Mulgama pallewela walawwa can be identified as one of the few palaces located in the beautiful village of mulgama .It is noteworthy that the foundation was built about three feet above the ground level and the entire palace was built of black stone on it.staircase,office room,living room.three bedroom,dining room and adjoining separate kitchen .like in other palaces the solder is a single hall.Pettagam ancient brass utensils,two swords and caves etc...Can be seen in this palace.This palace is more than a hundred years old.The old ivory carved chairs and beds can be still be seen the sinhala tiled roof is architecturally storage rooms outside the palace have been destroyed over time .The architectural excellence of the beautiful arched carvings .The teledrama in mind ,also focused on the backgrounds associated with the palace in a number of films.This palase is also a place of historical value located in the village of mulgama .

🌸MULGAMA WALAWWA🌸

  I Mulgama walawwa has identified as one of the oldest mansions sitnated in mulgama village ,Balangoda .Entire structure made of natural clay mix with sand and soild rock granite. It has one floor along soldier with single hall.Those days there was a open space garden center of the house,but it wasn'tseen in ppresent days.sinhala tiles has been used for roof and entire mansion has three rooms,hall,corridor ,kitchen and lotty barn. It's believed the last king of sri lanka sri wickrama Rajasinghe was hided the place called mulgama the two men who carried kings palanquein,happened to built this house where was king was lliving during his hiding after loosing his crown to British.By the way it was built on 1815.5.5 and it has embarked on a rock step righ the main door.This mension has more than 206 years of history and there are many stories still carries among the people who live in this village .  🌸🌸🌸🌸Episode 2🌸🌸🌸🌸 My village mulgama is located in balangoda town in Rathnapura district Mulgama can be identified as a village surrounded by a mountain range such as Ahas pokuna kanda,veewaru kanda,Iddagala kanda,Keragala kanda.   There are some beautiful paddy fields in the village My village is located in a very quiet environment .Many valuable medicinal plants and valuable species of animals can be found in the forest area belonging to mulgama .Due to the serenity of the forest there is a monastery on one side where the monks live. A river flows through the villages .This river is know as a tributary of the Black river.The village is surrounded by some beautiful places that attract the attention of both local and foreign tourists .of these iddamal kadura occupies a special place.Iddamal kadura is a place like a naturally formed swimming pool.The small waterfall located at the same time is also special.In addition ,there are two Other waterfalls in the village...

  My third blogger talks about my hohometown ,mulgama.since there are a lot of details about the village ,I will break it down in to two part. My village mulgama is located in balangoda town .fifteen miles from balangoda town in rathnapura district  take the kaltota road and turn off at watawala junction for another 6 miles to find the historic beautiful village of mulgama .The village .which consisted of a temple and a school is now inhabited by about sisty families .My village can be described as a village of natural beauty and historical value .Mulgama village consists of a large tank and two small tanks."Mulgama wawa" is located at the entrance of the village .The water of this lake is used for all agricultural activities in mulgama village and the surrounding villages. 🌷MY FIRST SOLO ART EXHIBITION🌷

 My first solo art exhibition was held at my college, Narada maha vidyalaya. Art exhibition was held on 16th october 2017 at the college library. About sixty of my painting were exhibited in the art gallery .The paintings that I have been drawing since I was a child were displayed in this art exhibition. A number of my paintings such as publications, land scapes, human figure ,human face, etc.....were displayed here. The art exhibition started at around 9.am and lasted till around 1.pm. Drawings in all mediums, including  water colour,drawing pencils,colour pencils and pastels were included for the art exhibition. The exhibition showcased a number of simple drawing techniques that are very important for students aspiring to study art. I was mentored by my art teacher lalith alwis for the art exhibition.
